We hat a double room with AC but with shared shower/toilet. The room was clean but had no windows what made it humid and smelly. Bathrooms and Wifi were good. Hotel is located next to the bus station and just a few minutes walk from old Phuket. Coffee/tea and toast even with sausage and fried egg is available for free in the morning. The tours and boat-tickets they sell are more expensive than at other places, we suggest to not book there. Average budget-hotel, but there are better option in Phuket town. Staff was not very helpful and friendly.

Really excellent place to stay, super reasonable price for a double room and the hostel was absolutely spotless. I thought the location was really excellent, a little away from the bars but that meant it was a quite stay. Not much of a hostel atmosphere, I don't think we saw another guest in the 2 nights we stayed, but the staff were great (some of the English wasn't great- but they tried) and the stay was really pleasant. Cons- The reception isn't 24 hours- which may be problematic for late arrivals Not a great atmosphere, more like a hotel English of the staff at the front desk wasn't great at times and communication was a bit of a struggle No laundry service Other than that I'd really highly recommend !

Nice, quiet hostel and very clean. Close to the old town of Phuket which is worth a visit. Would definitely recommend this hostel, however Phuket town hasn't got loads going on so I think like us other travellers use to as a stop over/to plan the rest of their trip - which this place is more than perfect for!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed this hostel. We were there for two nights just to plan the next leg of our trip. Our private room was very clean, with cable tv, good wifi. Shared bathrooms were extremely clean and had hot water showers. The staff was lovely, but communication was a bit difficult as I don't speak Thai and the couple ladies I spoke with didn't speak that much English. Just took a bit of hand signals etc and it all worked out lol. Free coffee was offered all day, and they were helpful with arranging transport to Koh Lanta for us. The location is a bit out of the way but if you walk about 1km there are many bars and restaurants. There is not really a hostel atmosphere so I wouldn't recommend this to solo travellers looking to meet people, but this worked fine for us!

We stayed here 5 nights in total. Great location since it's right next to the bus terminal, and walking distance from Old town centre. Awesome food places around and 7/11 30 second walk away. Amazing staff very helpful and really nice people. Would stay here again!
